The Guardian despre Cetatea Sighisoarei : “There are lots of stray dogs . …”

Un asemenea moment s-a consumat sambata , 30 octombrie , cand  ziarul The Guardian a publicat articolul Scary Halloween? Don't count on it: on Dracula's trail in Romania . Reproduc exclusiv randurile care privesc Sighisoara :

“… So we cross the Carpathian Mountains to Sighisoara which is on a hill covered with cemeteries. It's half-empty and rather creepy; the tat shop women glare at me from behind their Dracula statues. There are lots of stray dogs. "Werewolf," says my guide whenever we see one, possibly because he thinks wanting to do a Dracula tour means you believe in paranormal dogs.

The house where Dracula was born is now a restaurant. It is Playmobil gothic and it has an original wall painting in which Dracula looks like an angry Italian waiter. The town pays two men in medieval costume to follow tourists around, banging a drum. …”

Casa in care s-a nascut Dracula (?!) a devenit restaurant . Este un  Playmobil gotic si are o fresca originala (!?) in care Dracula arata ca un chelner italian furios (probabil autoarea are in vedere penibilitatea protapita la intrarea in restaurant , n.m.) . Orasul plateste doi barbati costumati medieval care urmaresc turistii batand o toba . … “

"Dracula looks like an angry Italian waiter" ... si "the stray dog(s)" .

Iar cand acest turist isi publica impresiile intr-un ziar ca The Guardian (“The Guardian has the second largest online readership of any English-language newspaper in the world” - Wikipedia) , iubitorii pot fi multumiti : au confirmat inca o data …
